🧡 Meet Debbie O (Me!)
In early 2014, I made a bold move—setting aside my Master’s Degree and career path to pursue something I didn’t even realize would become my passion: real estate. I always knew my purpose was to help people—that was my calling for sure! What I didn’t know back then was that real estate would be the perfect way to live out that purpose every single day.
🧡 The Birth of The Integrity Real Estate Group
By spring 2020, I took the leap and formed The Integrity Real Estate Group, LLC. I chose the name “Integrity” because it’s not just a word to me; it’s the foundation of my business and the standard I hold myself to in every client relationship.
🧡 Finding the Right Fit
After working with two different brokerages, I joined True Real Estate in 2021 as an independent contractor. (Fun fact: most real estate agents are actually independent contractors, not employees of the brokerages where their licenses are held!) Joining True was a true game-changer for my career.
🧡 Building a Team #WithIntegrity
In September 2021, I officially launched The Integrity Real Estate Group, my real estate group. It consists of a group of professionals that I work with to support the needs of our clients, from admins, to systems people to marketing and professional photography. Our team proudly serves clients across southern Minnesota, operating under the True umbrella while staying true to our own brand identity: Integrity first, always.
